Jonathan has 15+ years of experience leading engineering teams. He wrote code for Wayfair and Tezlab, among many others, and is an open source contributor to Tesla. Jonathan is an avid runner, roadie and dad to a wild bunch of three kids and five dogs (two Weimaraners, two Labs and a Belgian Malinois).

Milos is Director of Design with 15+ years of experience designing interfaces and leading product strategy. Milos is creative and efficient, never failing to ask the hard question or identify the obscured [use case] with his distinctive blend of wit and humility.

Karl is Managing Director, entrepreneur and seasoned product leader with extensive experience solving complex problems for startups and enterprise clients alike across the entire product development lifecycle. Outside “the office” Karl enjoys pursuing his pilot’s license.

Amanda is the Fractional Head of People and is a seasoned HR leader and entrepreneur with experience building, operating, consulting, and advising a wide range of companies. Hailing from the Garden State, she’s always working on her green thumb.

Arthi works with clients to solve problems using technology, design, and policy. Her goal is to make complex data and information useful. She is the founder of RyeCatcher and the non-profit Community Success Institute. She loves tennis, photography, and hanging out with her dog, Uma :)
